The Institute for Advanced Studies on the United Nations wishes to be a witness of the United Nations building process in order to evaluate its modernization capacities and respond to the challenges that the world Organization has to face.

Besides, Internet has become in two decades a creative laboratory and a knowledge catalyst. No other publication mean diffuses so quickly, efficiently and in several languages throughout the world, first order information.

It is therefore essential to develop a project at the heart of the Institute’s website.

If the web allows presenting an activity, to be a tool deserving an ambitious project dedicated to this technological platform and respecting the goals and objectives of the Institute.

Despite digital publications, this space will entirely be dedicated to the realization and presentation of interviews with distinguished personalities of international affairs and in particular, multilateral organizations (high civil servants, chiefs of agencies, members of the UN Secretariat, Intergovernmental Agencies Managers), or any other actor playing a leading role in multilateral diplomacy (members of governments, representatives of a Member state, academics, think-tanks members or NGO…).

These interviews will only be published and available on the IASUN website and these testimonials will constitute real information source.

By organizing personal meetings, in a non-conventional and convivial framework, in accordance with personalities availability, we will obtain unique interviews, of higher quality, fundamental to better understand the news, always deeply stigmatized by a slow and remarkable economic, social and political construction of the world.
