Born in 1985 in Ferizaj, Kosovo, Mimoza Mihalica speaks both English & French. She accomplished her first study cycles at the universities of Strasbourg (Robert Schuman) and Besançon to obtain a Master 1 in International and European Law. Very much concerned by the respect of fundamental human rights and freedom, she started at a very early age to be involved actively with Amnesty International.
