/ PIERRE SALIGNON
Pierre Salignon, age 43, is a jurist and consultant. He worked for the association Médecins sans Frontières between 1992 and 2008, as ground coordinator in ex-Yugoslavia, before becoming responsible for programs to the Parisian Headquarters, then Chief Executive Officer of the French section of the international movement of MSF ( 2003-2007 ). In 2008, he joined the World Health Organization (WHO) as project director on an interim basis of "Health and nutrition Tracking Service" ( HNTS). He is the author of numerous articles on humanitarian affairs and published in 2002 with Marc Le Pape of the CNRS a book edited by Karthala entitled " A war against the civilians, the reflections on the humanitarian practices in Congo Brazzaville (on 1998 - 2000) ". He is a member of the editorial committee of the Humanitarian www.medecinsdumonde.org magazine and the committee of the experts of www.youphil.com Youphil, a new European information and action platform on societal innovation.
