/ OLIVIER LAVINAL
Awarded with a diploma of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and alumni of Georgetown University, Olivier is appointed in 2003 Parliamentary Atatché then Principal private secretary of Gérard Collomb, Senator-mayor of Lyon, President of Lyon. Specialist of the political and macroeconomic issues, in particular in the euro-Mediterranean zone on which he carried his Master's degrees to the Faculty of political science, Olivier enters the World Bank in 2007. He works mainly on the stakes bound to governance and to the urban and territorial strategies in the Middle East as well as on the problemematic of innovation and competitiveness. Holder of awards such Making Peace our horizon awarded by the Initiative of Geneva, Olivier was selected by the program of Young European Leaders du German Marshall Fund. Olivier is member of the Center of Study and Strategic Prospective.
