Florence Benoît-Rohmer

/ FLORENCE BENOÃŽT-ROHMER

Florence Benoît-Rohmer was born the 20th September, 1952, in Strasbourg. She obtained a Master of Public Law, a Master Degree in Community Law and her Ph.D in Political Science at Robert Schuman University. Florence Benoît-Rohmer was Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science from April 2000 to August 2003. In 2003 she was elected President of Robert Schuman University. From June 2007, she is the President of the European University Center of Strasbourg. As a teacher, Florence Benoît-Rohmer is a specialist in Human Rights. She is in charge of a Master at the Institute for Advanced European Studies: Comparative Law of Human Rights. Florence Benoît-Rohmer is also an expert to the Council of Europe.
She wrote several books on Human Rights and minorities issues.
