/ CÉDRIC PHILIBERT
Former scientific journalist, Cédric Philibert was adviser of the French Minister of Environment in 1988. In 1992, he becomes advisor of the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of environment and energy ( Ademe). In 1998, he joins the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and, in early 2000, the International Energy Agency (AIE)((IEA)), as main administrator in the division " energy efficiency and environment ". He is at present in charge of issues dealing with " evolution of the policies for reducing climate change ". Awarded with a diploma in political studies, he published two books: does the Earth burn? In the editions Calmann-Lévy and Of Nine under the sun, with Alain Liébard and Michel Rodot, in the editions Solar energy Calmann-Lévy / Solar system.
