/ ARNAULD AKODJENOU
Mr. Arnauld AKODJENOU was born on 27 October 1950.
In 1980 he graduated from the Institute of International Studies (HEI), Geneva, Switzerland, with a Master degree in International Relations and Political Science. He completed his education with a PhD in Political Science, from the same institute.
From 1982 to 1986 we was Assistant of Research at Association Mondiale de Prospective Sociale/UNITAR in Geneva. He also thought at the Lycée Technique et Professionnel Libreville in Gabon from 1976 to 1978.
From 1987 his career is associated with UNHCR, where he starts as Associated Social Services Officer in Dikhil, Djibouti. From 1995 to 1997 he is Head of Desk of the Rwanda and Burundi Unit. Since 2005 he is the Director of Operational Services.
Mr. Arnauld AKODJENOU took part actively in the elaboration of the “Practical Guide to the Systematic Use of Standards and Indicators in UNHCR Operations”.
