Doctor, holder of a state doctorate in general medicine of the Faculty of Medicine of Abidjan and a 4th year university degree in health system engineering of the Faculty of Medicine of Université de la Méditérannée, Nando Constantin undertook a lot within the civil society in Ivory Coast. Furthermore, since 2007, he is a member of the United Nations Volunteers Program. He speaks fluently English.
