SIGNING AN AIDE MÉMOIRE BETWEEN THE UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSITY AND THE INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDIES ON THE UNITED NATIONS
The Institute for Advanced Studies on the United Nations welcomed on May 30 2009 the Vice Rector of the United Nations University in Europe, Professor Janos Bogardi, and Dr. Virginie Aimard for the signing of an aide memoire linking both institutions. The latters decided to establish a reinforced cooperation in the scope of IASUN development of activities. The United Nations University will seat as external member of the scientific direction of the Alexandre Parodi Scholarships Program. An additional cooperational way has been opened for the publication of Policy papers and thesis within UNU Press. Besides, it has been convened that the UN agency would participate to the pilotage and expertise for the constitution of the Digital Encyclopedia on the United Nations.
