HUMBOLDT-UNIVERSITÄT ZU BERLIN (ALLEMAGNE)

The Humboldt University from Berlin is the most ancient university of the German Capital, founded in 1810. The traditional disciplinary anchoring of Humboldt covers the laws, philosophy, theology and history. However, the university opened. It knew how to develop in its departments specialized in all the disciplines, the mathematical science to humanities to human science. It has scientific cooperation agreements with more than 170 research units throughout the world. Eminent distinguished personalities have been students at Humboldt, such as the first Chancellor Otto Von Bismark or even Albert Einstein. The Institute for Social Science is composed of the section dedicated to international politics. The research programs that are developed there deal with the issues of public/private international cooperation, global governance and European integration.
