Administrative Management of the Program

Role

The administrative management of the Program ensures the management and administration of Chairs in order to implement its action plan and sustainability.

Composition

The administrative management is composed of the Director of the Institute who is also the Responsible for the Program. He supervises the administrative organization of the Chair and ensures its management. To carry out this mission, he is assisted by a collaborator of the Institute. Then, the associate researcher or post-doctoral who assists the Chair holder and its secretary participate to the administrative management as well. They do ensure the daily management and have a consulting role on any change or reorientation of the administrative supervision.

Mixed Scientific Committee

Role

The scientific committee is in charge of the strategic and scientific orientation of the Chair. It defines and updates the research axis as well as the problematic, and editorial policy. Besides, the scientific committee proceeds to the recruiting of Chairs holders and their research assistants having a status of associate researcher or post-doctoral researcher. The scientific committee meets at least thrice a year.

Composition

The members of the committee will reflect its ethnic mixity and will represent all the involved parts. Three members of the Institute’s Administration Council, the President, the Vice-President and the Director will have a seat there. Besides, two representents of the host institution, the Administrator and a distinguished Professor specialized in the fields related to the Chair will be fully part of the Mixed Scientific Committee, as well as two external representative personalities.
