Chairs vacancies : how to apply ?
The researchers and professionals interested by a function of Chair holder will have to apply online on the IASUN website. When time will be appropriate, they will find the forms for calls for proposals to launch the pulpits.
The applicants will have to fill the following information:
- Registry of family status
- Curriculum Vitae
- A list of their publications and conferences they gave
- A letter of intent
- A recommendation letter from a distinguished personality
- An exposal of the method and scientific process chosen to respond to the chosen issue and its problematic
- A summary presenting the theme and topic of the introductory lesson
- A proposal of a pedagogical program for the pulpit: courses references, provisional agenda
- Proposal of a seminars’ program as well as a list of researchers and other speakers to invite
- A proposal of academic program for the final international conference
- A provisional research allowance estimate
Selection
The administrative management will gather the online applications and will effectuate a pre-selection according to the compatibility of the applicants’ proposals and the global orientation of the pulpits and the originality of their scientific approach.
After this first step in the selection process, the administrative management will transmit the ten selected applications to the scientific committee. The latter will have three months to examine the files and set-up interviews with the candidates. Following the interviews, the scientific committee will have one month to issue a final decision, the result of which will be published on the IASUN website.
