/ PROGRAMME COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT

The scientific committee

The scientific direction will be composed of three colleges. The first one will represent the Institute and the administrative management (4 members). The second one will gather the legal representants of the host universities (8 members) and a third college will be in charge to organize the participation of external eminent personalities involved in multilateral diplomacy (4 members).

This direction will deal with several missions along the program. Upstream, it will define the scientific content by outlining the content of research axis. It will fill a function of monitoring through the selection of research projects of the candidates and their university affiliation within partner universities. During the program, the scientific direction will accompany students in their research and publications. Lastly, it will define the themes of the seminars and will supervise the running jointly with the tutor.

  • Pedagogical support of the grant holders for the publications during their PhD

The administrative management

The main function of the Administrative Management will be to manage and organize the program in order to set-up its action plan. Provided with a Secretariat, the guidelines will cover the following fields:

  • Diffusion of offers before each program
  • Collection and pre-selection of applications
  • Organization of interviews and meetings
  • Update of information and online and paper publication
  • Administrative follow-up of grant holders
  • Organization and supervision of seminars
  • Coordination and follow-up of partnerships
